Building complex Fazlgroup It was founded and launched by the Fazlollahi brothers, Mohammad Reza Fazlollahi , Hamid Reza Fazlollahi, and Rohallah Fazlollahi. This group has always tried to innovate construction and use quality and up-to-date materials, and in the projects it has built , there has been no repetitive pattern or sampling from domestic builders and colleagues, and it has always had direct and effective communication with prominent domestic and foreign consultants and designers.
Over the years of construction experience, many new things have come forward that have been added to the experiences of this group, including deep excavation with various methods of guard structures without damage to the neighbors and in some places that were facing severe water leakage , but with complete drainage and implementation of insulated concrete walls, which after the completion of the building, no moisture is felt in the underground, as well as the implementation of concrete structures with various methods, including coupling rebar connection and planting rebar and connection to metal structures and other methods and the implementation of combined metal and concrete structures
(welded and bolted) and the central core and the implementation of architecture with neoclassical and modern styles and the use of various types of materials and materials, and many other things that have been acquired in these years have made it effective in the process of construction quality in the future and we try to transfer experiences with others.

In the design of the interior spaces of apartments, great care is taken in the initial design so that the design is carried out without wasting any unnecessary space. In designing and supervising structures, experienced consultants such as Dr. Rezaian, Dr. Khalo, and Babak Mazaheriyon are involved in designing and supervising electrical and water supply facilities, and the experiences of experienced engineers such as Javad Kamyab And many other engineers and architects who were not mentioned were also present, and their experiences were used in the design, construction, and completion of the buildings.
